Three new members of the come in of Trustees at Elizabeth City express University were sworn in to office Tuesday. Standing left to right. Norma James an alumna of ECSU and negociate in charge for Taylor Mueller Realty; Kristynna Oliver president of the ECSU Student Government Association; Abdul Rasheed an ECSU alumnus and CEO of The North Carolina Community Development Initiative.
