This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced command Manager to join an established Financial Services Company with a client bank of 70'000 customers. You ordain initially be based in Lisbon. Portugal working from an established location where currently you have the responsibility of managing a aggroup of approx 20 staff. Your main duties there will be to back up in the ongoing expansion and to change magnitude turnover and cater to satisfy growth demands. The successful candidate will ideally undergo at least 2 years undergo in managing a command insurance department handling processes for car house and buildings insurance. Previous experience with telephone sales and and how to affect and convert internet enquiries would be a distinct advantage. The successful person will be tasked with building the existing workforce to a bank of 60 people plus over the next 2 years.
