So just to come alter here let me state that for this affix/discussion/experiment I’m using the 32-bit version of Opensuse10.3 with the Opensuse10.2 Novell Client. There currently is no released client for 10.3 or this would be a pretty silly affix. I have the gcc kernel-sources and alter packages installed. My machine is patched up-to-date at the measure of this writing. I got the client software from novell com/download. Oddly the clients are provided in * iso form. So you can just mount them and copy out the files like I did like this:cd /tmp/novellClient/suse10.2 (where I put the iso)mount -o loop novell-client-2.0-suse10.2-i386 iso /media/iso/cp -av /media/iso/* .…you get the idea. I undergo a lay tier server running Zen 7 sp1. Recently a user started getting intruder lockout on their eDir be. The lockouts happen about every 10 minutes. Als de laptop eenmaal is opgestart valt het allemaal wel weer mee. Ik heb zowel de geupdate versies van adware(2007) laatste Spybot(search and destroy) en AVG-antispyware laten zoeken. Deze hebben niets gevonden en vonden daarvoor ook nnoit iets echts vervelends. Ook Sophos antivirus vind en vond niets. Zaken als virtueel geheugen zijn gechecked (1536) en ook het interne geheugen was 256 mb is nu uitgebreid met 512 mb naar 768mb. Helaas bied dit geen soelaas. Voor iemand het opmerkt vanuit het logje. Sophos is door mijzelf overigens even tijdelijk van de laptop gehaald. Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen door :- iets uit het onderstaande logje te halen wat wellicht verklaard waarom de laptop plotseling van het ene op het andere moment (terwijl er niets was en is veranderd) traag start.- danwel andere brilliante ideeen/verklaringen heeft.
